Adding transformer.TransformerContext to 1. wrap the immutable EntityContext... 

Adding transformer.TransformerContext to 1. wrap the immutable EntityContext and 2. track the current OriginInfo, so that we can move error AutoGraphParseError handling to api.to_graph().

Removing the finally block in visit() in transformer.Base error handling.
