Keep dex files in okhttp-testdex.jar. 

The sole "raison d'être" of the *-testdex.jar files is to
provide a version with dex files when the non-testdex jars
have the dex files stripped.

Test: m okhttp-testdex
      Manually verify size of the jar file.
