When disassembling, merge multiple PUSH ops

Fonts typically have multiple consecutive PUSHB / PUSHW
operators.  Merge them in the disassembled output.

This, for now, generates worse assmebly because all PUSHB's
grouped with PUSHW's now generate as PUSHW.  Followup fix
will address that.
