Remove unused build flags 

 - Fixes for EIGEN_ANDROID_SSE_WR and EIGEN_ANDROID_POSIX_MEMALIGN_WR is
 already in upstream Eigen. After the rebase to 3.3.3, these flags are
 not necessary, and they are not actually doing anything.

Test: mm and CTS BLAS tests pass.
