JDWP: fix CombinedEvents002Test 

Allows METHOD_EXIT (and METHOD_EXIT_WITH_RETURN_VALUE) to be reported
with a METHOD_ENTRY event in the same JDWP event packet.

Also adds a test for METHOD_EXIT_WITH_RETURN_VALUE
