Camera2: Add test for capturing YUV bursts

This verifies that the BURST_CAPTURE capability works as
expected, beyond just the static metadata.

Also checks that values returned by the device for sensor settings
look reasonable, if the READ_SENSOR_SETTINGS capability is defined.

Verification of inter-frame timing is done just by calculating the
average duration; enforcing a low enough standard deviation may
be enabled in the future (for now, just warn).
