DO NOT MERGE Test: .ActivityManagerAmStartOptionsTests: Waiting for SingleTaskActivity transition idle

In the test, there will be a case where the warm-start/hot-start is started before the
exit animation of the last singleTaskActivity is not executed. This exception will eventually
return a wrong result through reportActivityLaunchedLocked, causing the test to fail.
