Fixes the issue with preview when ratio is 1:1

The patch fixes the test case on devices where the
height width ratio is 1:1 or height>width. The test case
com.android.cts.verifier.camera.formats.
CameraFormatsActivity#Camera Formats fails because
processed call back data is not same as preview.
