Uncomment some fixed WebView tests

Some long standing errors (pre Froyo?) appear fixed since the move to
chromium webview, so re-enable them.
Also remove a pointless empty 'internal' test and inherently racy
getFavicon test (now covered by onReceivedIconTest instead).
