Patching around channel-index mask problem in AudioRecord. DO NOT MERGE 

Use channel-position mask for <= 2 channels in AudioRecord.
Fix number of channels for the CTSVerifier test to 2 channels.

Test: Build/install CTSVerifier. Run "USB AudioRecord Test". Note signal on 2 channels.
