Cherry-pick: Use getAssetUrl() to access files present in assets folder from master. 



BUG: 10921916

Use getAssetUrl() to access files present in assets folder

In testFocusNodeHRef functions, data path was set to "webkit/*.html".
Files are available in /assets/webkit/*.html.
Modified the Url path to send Absolute path.

Issue: AXIA-1227
