Failing testTypeWindowStateChangedAccessibilityEvent test.

1. Some accessibility events generated while the activity under
   test is started may be undelivered before a test is run,
   thus interfering with test results. Added a timeout wait to
   avoid that.

2. New properties to were not checked by the tests.
