Update memory class checks. 

Logic is:

- Going from mdpi to hdpi doubles memory needed, and hdpi to xhdpi
  doubles memory needed.  (mdpi->xhdpi is 2x larger, or 4x memory needed.)
- Going from normal to xlarge doubles memory needed.
