Test for deprecated ARM instruction emulation on ARMv8 CPUs 



Some existing apps depend on deprecated ARM instructions which have been
removed from ARMv8, but can be emulated by the kernel.  Require all
ARMv8 devices to support these instructions in 32-bit mode.
