Revert "Suppress verification of libclang_rt.ubsan_standalone*.so libraries." 

This reverts commit e5eb1d82.

With clang-r339409b, the issue with libclang_rt.ubsan_standalone*.so
being marked as GLOBAL has been resolved. These tests should go back to
expecting that library to not be loadable.
