camera2: Prevent ImageReader GC during MultiView CTS. 

Bug: 17470066

- As written, MultiViewTest had a race between the ImageReader's
  Surface teardown (happens on ImageReader GC) and the usage of
  that Surface's BufferQueue in the Camera2 API.
