Modified the way TestBuilder operates, and how tests are executed. 

The TestBuilder has become the main way the tester will create and
execute tests. Added a ViewInitializer which will allow the tester
to set properties on a XML generated view and a WebView before
drawing. Fixed Xfermode drawing to appropriately draw the Xfermodes.
