Handling of ANDROID_JACK_* variables is not needed 

The variable ANDROID_JACK_VM, ANDROID_JACK_VM_ARGS,
ANDROID_JACK_EXTRA_ARGS are now handled by config.mk and their
value is already in the corresponding DEFAULT_JACK_* variable.
