DO NOT MERGE Relaxing "Mandated" peripheral requirements for CTSV USB Audio test. 

Only have hard requirement for Attributes test.
Only check that peripheral is connected and button events are seen for Buttons test.
Only check that peripheral is connected for Play & Record Test

Test: Install and run all tests, verify correct functionality.
