Move Theme Stuff to CtsThemeTestCases 

Bug 5404694

Moved the theme assets and classes out of the bloated CTS test stubs
package into the CtsThemeTestCases package. The assets need to be
regenerated, and there seems to be a problem again in the
ActivitySnapshots tests that will need to be addressed after this
change...
