RESTRICT AUTOMERGE Ensure InputMessage is sanitized

Security check for libinput. Send a known message via InputChannel,
where some of the padded bytes have been intentionally modified. Next,
read these back on the consumer channel to ensure that the padding bytes
have been zeroed out.

This was originally submitted at ag/5701187 and pseudo-reverted at
ag/5923383. This commit uploads a fixed verison of the test.
