ART: Disable parts of tests under sanitization

Native memory tracking is not functional under sanitization. Disable
the dex2oat swap test, as it will receive zeros.

Stacktrace dumping relies on libunwind, which may try to read arbitrary
memory. Disable the SigQuit test in runtime_callbacks_test.
