ARM/ARM64: Improve assembler macros for kSaveEverything frame. 

On ARM, use vpush/vpop {d0-d15} instead of {s0-s31}.
On ARM64, use 16-byte aligned stp/ldp for FP registers.

Test: Run ART test suite on Nexus 9.
