ART: Fix clang-analyzer leak/memory warnings 

Fix warnings, or make code more obvious to the analyzer.

(The analysis itself is too expensive to force it on for all
local builds.)

Test: mmma art (with clang-analyzer-cplusplus.NewDeleteLeaks)
