Create stack traces in unstarted runtimes. 

Use to diagnose failed initialization in dex2oat of boot (-verbose:compiler).
Fix identity hashCode, ArtMethod.getMethodName, IntegralToString.convertInt and
use of Void when called from a unstarted runtime.
