Ignore GZIPInputStreamTest#testLongMessage failures with CC. 

This test sometimes fails with a
java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException on ART Builbot's
x86-64 concurrent collector configuration:
* libcore.java.util.zip.GZIPInputStreamTest#testLongMessage

Disable it while we investigate.
