Fix IP register usage in LoadClassSlowPathARMVIXL. 

Request a temporary from a UseScratchRegisterScope instead
of explicitly specifying the IP register to avoid assetion
failure in VIXL.

Test: Build aosp_flounder-userdebug with ART_USE_VIXL_ARM_BACKEND=true
