Avoid ThreadStress timeout with art-read-barrier-table-lookup.

Disable MarkFromReadBarrierWithMeasurements for
art-read-barrier-table-lookup to avoid slowdown as it takes more read
barrier slow paths than art-read-barrier.

Increase the timeout.
