Fix a DCHECK failure in Arm64RelativePatcher with read barrier. 

We could encounter an add immediate with
LinkerPatch::Type::kDexCacheArray for the
HLoadString::LoadKind::kDexCachePcRelative case of VisitLoadString if
the non-baker read barrier is enabled.
