ART: Blacklist tests that require JIT 

Blacklist tests that expect JITing when running in the trace
configuration. Tracing forces the interpreter, so these tests
will wait forever.

Test: m ART_TEST_JIT=true ART_TEST_TRACE=true test-art-host
