Remove libLLVM* from art 

The functionality in libbacktrace that depended on libLLVM* has been
split out into libbacktrace_offline.  Remove the unnecessary
dependencies from dex2oats.

Test: m -j dex2oats ART_BUILD_HOST_STATIC=true
