Visit libraries roots in JavaVMExt::VisitRoots 

SharedLibrary holds a direct pointer to a class loader. Since class
loaders can move we need to visit these as roots and update them
during the GC. I believe this was causing UnsatisfiedLinkError with
background compaction enabled.
