Add a true divergence mode to run_jfuzz_test.py 

Adds a --true_divergence switch which prevents tool from bisecting
TIMEOUT vs ERROR and TIMEOUT vs SUCCESS return code divergences.

Test: ./run_jfuzz_test.py
