Remove some unnecessary items from WellKnownClasses.

Replace a few uses with alternatives, namely
mirror::{Constructor,Method,Field}::StaticClass().
Alternatively, we could use class roots in the ClassLinker.

And clear dalvik_system_VMRuntime_nonSdkApiUsageConsumer
in WellKnownClasses::Clear().
