Clean up oat key-value store. 

Remove the "image-location" key because it is unused. Do not
store the "dex2oat-host" value (i.e. dex2oat runtime ISA) if
--avoid-storing-invocation is specified.

Test: m test-art-host-gtest
Test: testrunner.py --host --optimizing
