Add read barrier comments for ArtField::IsProxyField(). 

Also use the same formulation for ArtMethod::IsProxyMethod()
and use the ArtField::IsProxyField() where appropriate, thus
avoiding some read barriers.

Test: Rely on TreeHugger.
