Make verify-profile not look at the profile.

It doesn't work well with vdex. In follow-up CLs,
I'll just remove/rename  the filter.

For the record, compiling sheets on an angler:
verify-profile: dex2oat took 5.383s (6.672s cpu)
vdex: dex2oat took 1.686s (1.562s cpu)
