Opt compiler: More strength reduction for multiplications. 

We transform code looking like

   MUL dst, src, (2^n + 1)

into

   SHL tmp, src, n
   ADD dst, src, tmp

and code looking like

   MUL dst, src, (2^n - 1)

into

   SHL tmp, src, n
   SUB dst, tmp, src
