Fix FastNative/CriticalNative annotation lookup. 

Avoid calling ClassLinker::LookupResolvedType() with
a DexCache/ClassLoader mismatch.

Test: ANDROID_COMPILE_WITH_JACK=false testrunner.py --host -t 004-JniTest
