X86/X86_64: Intrinsics - numberOfTrailingZeros, rotateLeft, rotateRight 



Implement {Long,Integer}NumberOfTrailingZeros and
{Long,Integer}Rotate{Left,Right}.

X86 32 bit mode doesn't implement the LongRotate{Left,Right} intrinsics
at this time.
