Merge changes Ib3267cea,Id21c36e4,I069957a6,I18fb381d,I1bc55bc1 

* changes:
  Entry-exit stubs are independent of deoptimization
  Ensure that we don't call MethodEntered on runtime methods
  Allow jumping back to interpreter in instrumentation entrypoint.
  Ensure we never instrument Proxy.<init> entrypoint
  Removing instrumentation trampolines doesn't remove exit stubs
