Revert^2 "Add peak RSS stats to GC perf dump" 

This reverts commit cc292c61.

Reason for revert: RSS code is enabled only on linux now.

Test: art/test/testrunner/testrunner.py --target --runtime-option=-XX:DumpGCPerformanceOnShutdown
