DO NOT MERGE: Temporarily log usage of InMemoryDexClassLoader 

To assess the app compat impact of InMemoryDexClassLoader verification
caching on legacy apps, temporarily add logging of how apps load
in-memory dex files.

To be reverted by dbrazdil@ ASAP.
