require CONFIG_IP6_NF_MATCH_RPFILTER=y in 3.18, 4.4, 4.9 



CONFIG_IP6_NF_MATCH_RPFILTER=y was added as a requirement in the
following commits in the android-common kernel:

3.18: 76d2043e9b81
4.4:  9c4d6ba99818
4.9:  8c972e1bb186

Test: run vts-kernel -m VtsKernelConfig
