android-4.14: Restore missing NETFILTER_XT_MATCH options. 

(p/ directory version)

When the android-base.cfg was regenerated for 4.14, some options were
incorrectly dropped, when they had in fact just been hidden behind the
new CONFIG_NF_SOCKET_IPV{4,6} options.
