add some required configs 



CONFIG_CROSS_MEMORY_ATTACH, CONFIG_INOTIFY_USER, CONFIG_MEMBARRIER, and
CONFIG_POSIX_TIMERS are required by Android. CONFIG_POSIX_TIMERS was
introduced in 4.10.
