kernelscripts: Add changes for proper kernel compilation

Several files and scripts need to be added as part of the
prebuilt kernel files, so that they can be used later
to compile external modules during the full Android build
procedure.

So, add these files and scripts to what gets copied as part
of the prebuilt kernel.
