Merge changes from topic "2019-02-07-cf-vsock" into cuttlefish-testing

* changes:
  Differentiate ports for vsock_tunnel, native_vsock.
  Support maintaining native adb/vsock connections.
  Support arbitrary addresses in adb_connector.
