Don't audit module_request from kernel

This change mutes these selinux denials:

avc: denied { module_request } for comm="cryptomgr_probe"
  kmod="crypto-aes" scontext=u:r:kernel:s0
  tcontext=u:r:kernel:s0 tclass=system
