ini: Remove ini gEnablefwlog for HST and HSP 

FW on HST and HSP supports the WMI logging and
value of ini gEnablefwlog in the host code is by default
set to 1 which enables WMI logging so this ini
is not required in the ini file anymore.

Remove gEnablefwlog from the ini file for HST and HSP
